Because ebooks are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once the download is made available, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Duplicate or faulty purchase

If you were charged twice, received the wrong title, or the supplied file is corrupted and support cannot provide a working replacement, contact us with the purchase email and book title.
